If it Ain't Baroque...

I've never been the most zeitgeist-y guy. The new and the fresh either is of little appeal to me, or else I just happen to discover that I like a particular thing just as it's going out of style. That being said, I've been getting into Baroque pop lately, especially Andrew Bird. I've been playing his Noble Beast album over and over again, especially while writing, as his super fun-time vocals, whistling, and chamber instruments provide the perfect counterpoint to old-fashioned composition. I highly recommend you give him a razz, at any rate.
